
About the Role
Basic Qualifications:
CCNP certification, familiarity with network fundamentals, and troubleshooting skills.
Proficient in written English communication for effective correspondence with international vendors.
Strong learning and problem-solving abilities, capable of quickly adapting to new technologies and work environments.
Team player with the ability to collaborate with team members from diverse backgrounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
CCIE certification.
Experience in SDWAN-related work, familiarity with technologies such as Fortinet, Versa, Cisco, etc.
Fluent in spoken English.
Relevant experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) at a service desk.
Understanding of ITIL standards for operations and possession of related certifications.
Requirements
Receive and accurately identify customer fault reports promptly, categorizing issues following company procedures.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand the specifics of the problems and record relevant information.
Forward issues to the appropriate vendors based on fault types and customer information. Relay vendor feedback to customers via designated email and ensure timely follow-up on problem resolution progress.
Act as a liaison between vendors and customers, schedule meetings (using tools like Zoom, Teams, etc.) to ensure prompt vendor response to faults.
Provide excellent customer service, respond promptly to customer inquiries, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Accurately pinpoint network faults, summarizing them for relevant vendors for further processing.
Collaborate with team members to complete other related tasks.
